We had Emmanuel prepare a fabulous four course meal to celebrate my 40th Birthday at a villa near Mougins. We were all hugely impressed with the presentation and choice of foods supplied by Emmanuel. Whilst staying in our villa on Cap D'Antibes for my 'hen' partythis week, Emmanuel came and prepared a fantastic meal for myself and 7girlfriends. Not only was the menu specifically tailored for ladies whodo not want too many carbs !, but it was so delicious and beautifullypresented (he even provided his own decorative plates). Emmanuel was not intimidated by 8 giggly women, he was charming and delightful and to capit all, he washed up and left the kitchen sparkling. I used Emmanuel twice in one week whilst entertaining some V.I.P.'s at a villa near Antibes. Everyone was so impressed not only with the food, which was excellent, but also with Emmanuel's attitude, approachability and interaction with the guests.
